How we protect your child

• Where anything is flagged, parents know immediately through safety alerts received through the parent dashboard.

What you see

Other AI tools show your child a response and hope for the best. Genvolve provides parents with visibility into their child's conversations, learning activities and safety alerts through the parent dashboard, so the learning doesn't stop when the screen turns off.

What we never do

• Your child will never see an ad on Genvolve.
• Your child's conversations will never be sold or shared with advertisers. They are shared only with authorised service providers, where necessary to provide and maintain the Services.
• Your child's data and conversations are not used to train AI models.
• Your child will never be tracked for commercial purposes.
• Your child can never sign up alone — a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account and verifiable parental consent is required.
• Genvolve does not independently track or behaviourally monitor your child.

What we send to the AI

We only send what's needed to generate your child's response.

We do not intentionally send your child's name, email address, school, location or account details to any AI provider. However, any personal information your child voluntarily includes in a message may be processed as part of that message.

• Published privacy policy, terms of service, and cookie policy — aligned with applicable data protection laws in every market we operate in.
• Dedicated legal and compliance counsel.
• Parental consent required before any child account is activated.
